Will product colors look exactly the same? We aim to display products accurately, but lighting, photography, device displays and ordinary production variation may cause slight differences.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email service@heebf.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation begins.

How long does order processing take? Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays and unusually busy periods.

How long does delivery take? Estimated transit time is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Customs procedures, weather, carrier disruptions or peak periods may cause delays.

Will I receive tracking information? Where tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. The carrier may need additional time to display the first tracking update.

Can I return an item? You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us promptly with your order number, an explanation of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

When will an approved refund arrive? Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers generally need 5–10 business days to post the funds.
